  • Sign up is as easy as 1-2-3 -Welcome to the Diocese of Providence Employee Intranet Site. FOR FIRST-TIME USERS

    1.) Click on the Bulletin Board tab

    2.) Go to apply for access and fill out the form with a username and password

    3.) Your username and password will then be confirmed. Note that: you will also be given an option to have the system remember your login information so you do not have to type it in every time you access the site. What could be easier?


    Year of Evangelization materials - can be found by clicking on Bulletin Board on the nav bar at the top of this page, then scrol down the new page, and choose the Year of Evangelization tab from the menu on the left. There, you will found file folders full of information to get you started for this special year. Questions?     SNOW POLICY (effective winter 2009-2010) - We will again follow the lead of the Pawtucket Public Schools.  If the snow is already over and roads are clear, please make every effort to come to work.  While we have to have a policy, everyone’s safety and common sense should be our overall guiding principles. Read the full policy located in the Snow Policy folder.




    NEWS FROM THE H.R. OFFICE - United Healthcare members now can register to receive the new electronic Healthy Mind, Healthy Body e-newsletter.  This monthly electronic newsletter provides meaningful wellness information to help you improve your health.  For more info - please go to the Human Resources Bulletin Board and access the Healthy Mind, Health Body file under Information For Living Healthy.
